Tasty and healthy smoothie recipe to lose weight
If you are looking for a healthy and a delicious smoothie recipe, you don’t have to search any further. I will share with you one of my all time favorite smoothie recipes. It is so tasty, you’ll forget that it is actually good for you. It also contains some fat burning foods to encourage fat burn.

Berry smoothie
Berries are high in anti-oxidants that keep you healthy and the oats will keep you full. Have this smoothie as a snack when ever you are hungry. It is also great for a super healthy breakfast. This smoothie comes out creamier and smoother if you use only frozen fruit.

Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
50g instant oats cereal, soaked in fat free milk
180ml fat free milk
150g mixed, frozen berries
100ml strawberry yogurt
3 ice cubes, crushed
Instructions:
Blend everything together in a smoothie machine on high.
I’m sure you will also enjoy this smoothie recipe as much as I have. It makes a great, healthy snack. And it is a great break fast when you have run out of ideas for breakfast or when you are bored with your current breakfasts.
If you want to improve your health and maybe lose a few pounds, you also have to exercise. A combination of cardio and weight training are best. The best cardio machine is the eliptical machine and the best weight training equipment are adjustable dumbells. For weight loss, I would recommend that you exercise at least for 4 days a week. Interval cardio training is the best for fat loss, it is so effective that you only need 20 minutes 3 times a day.
